    I love your blog.
Dad recommend it while Auntie Chris was doing the Pilgrim Walk. He spoilt the celebrations a bit the clumsy twit! He still feels embarassed about it bless him. Seriously though, your posts are hugely inspiring. I followed your blog through the walk and I have an app link to you which I check often. Auntie Chris is an inspiring role model who has been as great for Dad since Mum died as he has for her since Uncle Ted died. You strike me as someone who embraces life regardless, living for the life and love that everyday brings. A sentiment close to my heart.

    • Susan, it was a pleasure to meet your Dad even under the unfortunate circumstances.
I hope he has mended. It meant a great deal to Chris to have him meet her and walk
into Santiago together (at least until the fall). But that is how life is – you have to roll with the punches and maintain a zest for living. Sometimes not the easiest thing to do.
I do admire Chris for the strength, stamina and tenacity while walking with her and Doreen.
Thank you for reading my blog. Greetings to your Dad and Chris. Please tell Chris to
send me an email as I would love to reconnect. A year has passed far too quickly.
I hope I will be able to correspond with you in the near future.
